The Chippewa-Luce-Mackinac Community Action Human Resources Authority Board of Directors approved $627,466.53 in expenditures covering Jan. 28–March 18, 2025, and accepted organizational chart title changes during its March 26, 2025 meeting at Avery Square.
Donn Riley moved to approve the expenditure report; Seth Johnson seconded. The motion carried unanimously. Earlier the board approved the consent agenda—including the meeting agenda, the Feb. 19 meeting minutes and directors' February–March reports—on a motion by Mitzy Robbins, seconded by Dennis Hendrickson; that vote was unanimous as well.
Executive Director Joe Nolan presented title changes for three Head Start positions intended to reflect role naming, not personnel or duty changes: Allison Gough will move from Early Learning Inclusion Specialist to Disabilities Manager; Jen LaBonte’s title will change from Parent, Staff, Family & Community Engagement Manager to Staff, Family & Community Engagement Manager; and Jamie Johnson’s title will change from Behavior Intervention Manager to Classroom Support Manager. Jamie Johnson moved to accept the changes; Danielle Haske-Mielke seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
The board completed its scheduled business and adjourned at 12:59 p.m. on a motion by Seth Johnson, seconded by Mitzy Robbins.
