Office Manager Bobbie Livermore presented the financial items and minutes for approval. The payroll and voucher motion was made by Commissioner Moser and seconded by Commissioner Sprague; the minutes record the motions as "MOTION CARRIED" but do not provide a roll‑call vote tally.
Staff reports highlighted near‑term road work and maintenance. Foreman Johnston said crews started work on 14 Mile Road and opened the 12 Mile bypass to traffic, and that county mowing is underway with full‑width state mowing planned next week. Foreman Johnson reported state shoulder work is complete and crews are working to finish Peasley Road this year. Chief Mechanic Marsh said mowers remain in service and a new mechanic started this week.
Fleet Manager Donajkowski told the board the department purchased a used 6‑inch trash pump with 291 hours at an online auction for $7,000; he noted the pump sells for about $64,000 new and that the last similar auction sale observed was $12,000. Donajkowski said results of sealed bids for used and surplus equipment will be presented at the next meeting.
County Commissioner Jim Traynor gave an update about issues concerning a dam on Caribou Lake. No members of the public spoke during the public comment period. Commissioner Sprague closed comments by urging everyone to "stay safe." The meeting adjourned at 8:15 a.m.
