Office Manager Bobbie Livermore presented the change order, saying the amount covers anticipated travel, on‑site review time, reporting and administrative/project management related to the site visit. Commissioner Sprague moved to authorize the change order and Commissioner Moser seconded; the motion carried, and no roll‑call tally was recorded in the minutes.
The change order is limited to site‑visit and reporting expenses; the minutes do not record additional follow‑up or any alteration to construction or traffic measures arising from the mishap.
