Harrison County Lifelong Learning reports job‑board activity and $1.6M in wage gains

He introduced instructor Wilbert Best, who will assist with a Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA) program the center is offering and with other computer‑skills instruction targeted at people with basic literacy in computing.
Fields said the Lifelong Learning jobs board averages about 70 Harrison County job postings daily and has received more than 5,400 views. He closed his presentation by reporting economic impact figures for the center’s programs: approximately $1.6 million in wage gains and about $500,000 in training dollars. No formal action was required on the presentation.
