The board approved two flagged vendor payments contingent on funding: $7,800 to Global Water Technology (vendor #1785) and $142.19 to Quality RX (vendor #6828); both were approved to be paid "once funding is in place," according to the minutes.
The board also approved the April 21, 2025 regular meeting minutes and ratified Commissioner Nelson Stepro's signature on a new postage-machine agreement to replace an expiring contract. Commissioner Wiseman moved to adjourn at 7:35 p.m.; Kellum seconded and the meeting adjourned by unanimous vote.
