Charlevoix renovation on schedule; $15,000 donation to be considered by county commissioners

The executive director also reported that Boyne Area Senior Center (BASC) is experiencing growing attendance and that the committee is planning tentative Wednesday night dinners to handle demand. The minutes record a planned roof repair estimated at $5,000; COA staff said that cost will be split with the BASC Inc. Board. Committee members agreed to review the 2025–26 lease and related COA costs to clarify where funds are allocated.
