Mathis said she has asked the vendor whether the basic plan could be made available to part-time employees but had not yet received a response.
Commissioner Todd Britton moved and Commissioner Lucille Bray supported the recommendation to adopt the basic EAP; the roll-call vote recorded AYES: Bray, Britton and Chair Brenda Foumier, with no NAYS.
