Personnel committee recommends payout of 20 hours PTO to airport operations supervisor

The motion carried. The committee recorded Action Item #1 recommending approval to pay Mick Higgins 20 hours of unused PTO from 2024 as presented. The minutes do not record a roll-call tally for the vote.
