The motion to approve the distribution was made by Commissioner Dan Ludlow and supported by Commissioner Bill LaHaie. A roll-call vote recorded Commissioners LaHaie, Ludlow, Kozlowski, and Chair Lucille Bray voting aye; no nays were recorded.
