During discussion, members noted that Bear Buttz Septic’s state registration had expired and that the lease should be amended to reflect Bear Buttz Septic as a “doing business as” (DBA) of Three G Construction. The council voted to amend the agreement to reflect the DBA and to make approval contingent on City Attorney Dan Rice and Contract Planner Joel Nelson being satisfied with the documentation provided by Three G Construction. The amendment and the amended main motion both passed 7‑0.
