Jaikob Djerf, the county’s Equalization Director, presented figures showing total assessed/equalized real property of $1,945,074,532 and total equalized value of $2,041,879,500 — an increase of about $218,269,268 (approximately 11.97%). The board adopted the recommended equalized values on a motion by Commissioner Gretchen Janssen, seconded by Commissioner Glenn Anderson; the motion carried by voice vote (ayes 5, nays 0).
Todd LaRoux, Building Department Manager, described tile, header, door and bathroom concrete work at the marina and presented a change order. Commissioner Joel Keranen moved to adopt the change order; the board voted yes: Keranen, Anderson, Tikkanen, Janssen, Britz (5–0).
Procedural items: the agenda was approved at the start of the meeting on a motion by Commissioner Joel Keranen, seconded by Commissioner Gretchen Janssen (voice vote, ayes 5, nays 0).
