Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve and execute the grant agreement; the motion passed unanimously.
The board also moved to hire Troy Wagaman as a Per Diem 911 Dispatcher, effective pending required clearances; that hiring motion passed "All in favor." A brief Salary Board meeting at 9:48 a.m. set the salary for the newly hired per-diem dispatcher. Commissioners then entered executive session at 10:01 a.m. for personnel matters and exited at 10:29 a.m.
