Engineers outline bridge project BRJ-0019(027) PCN 23712; commissioners ask for ownership records

The board expressed a preference to retain that bridge to serve the property owner if the North Dakota Department of Transportation (ND DOT) will permit it to remain. Tomac said Interstate Engineering will search for documents that might have transferred ownership of the structure to the property owner.
The discussion did not record a final decision; the outcome and any removal would be contingent on ND DOT approval and findings from the records search. The board did not vote on the project during the meeting.
