The board likewise approved the July 2, 2025 meeting minutes. Later, Meyer moved to approve the bills totaling $109,075.66; Hochhalter seconded and a roll-call vote recorded Meyer—aye, Hochhalter—aye and Chairman Alton Zenker—aye.
The itemized payments listed in the meeting minutes include large line items such as Nutrien Ag Solutions for $74,094.60, Office of Adjutant General for $11,287.26 and Capital Industries Inc. for $9,815.25 among other vendor payments. The treasurer’s report was reviewed during the session.
