On agenda items, the commission voted 3–2 to approve a catering alcohol license for Cocktail Caravan, LLC after Commissioner Leonard Burse and Commissioner Timmy Lucas voted NO while Commissioners Jon Tindall and Barry Cox and Chairman Elmer Thrift voted aye. Commissioner Timmy Lucas made the motion and Commissioner Barry Cox seconded.
