Polk County accepts Kroger opioid settlement terms; finance report remains draft

In the County Manager’s report, Matt Denton told commissioners the June 2024 Finance Report was incomplete and had been distributed to commissioners only as a draft; he declined to review the draft at the meeting and noted there were inconsistencies staff had to address before finalizing the report.
