"The Community Development office has not received any inquiries on this application," Branch said.
According to the petition, the requested WLI zoning would allow development of a convenience store and potentially a quick-service restaurant and hotel on the parcel (Tax Map 0061 Parcel 072). The board did not take final action at the work session; the item is scheduled for decision during the May 12 regular meeting.
