Chairman Tony McBrayer opened a public hearing on the proposed Tift County fiscal year 2026 budget at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2025, in the Commission Meeting Room of the Charles Kent Administration Building. County Manager Jim Carter presented the proposed budget; no members of the public spoke during the hearing, and McBrayer closed the session.
