The minutes do not include the full draft of the volunteer guidelines or a timetable for when the attorney review will be completed. Animal Control Officer Jake Gay separately reported that the shelter had six adoptions in September, which the minutes record as an operational update.
The board took no additional action beyond directing staff to post the guidelines for review and to bring the item back next month.
