Long County commissioners approve subdivision plat, accept McClelland Road and handle routine business

The Long County Board of Commissioners handled multiple routine items at its Nov. 10, 2022 meeting, including approval of a subdivision final plat, acceptance of a road from the school board and several consent motions.
The board unanimously approved the meeting agenda, the October 2022 minutes and authorization for payment of bills. Commissioner John Reddish moved to approve the final plat for Palmer Place Subdivision Phase 6; Commissioner Gerald Blocker seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Gerald Blocker moved to approve acceptance of McClelland Road from the Long County Board of Education; Commissioner John Reddish seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The board voted unanimously to enter executive session and later voted unanimously to exit. Commissioner Jeremy Hall moved to adjourn; Commissioner Gerald Blocker seconded and the meeting concluded after the listed agenda items were completed. Commissioner Baggs was absent for the meeting.
