The Autauga County Commission, chaired by Commissioner Jay Thompson, met July 15, 2025, and unanimously approved a slate of routine items including budget transfers, personnel actions, service agreements and subdivision plats.
Commissioner John L. Thrailkill moved to approve the minutes of the July 1, 2025 regular meeting; Commissioner Bill Tatum seconded and the motion carried by unanimous vote. The commission likewise approved invoices received through July 15, 2025 and authorized the chairman and treasurer/administrator to issue warrants for payment.
The commission adopted the consent docket, which included multiple training and travel approvals for county departments (Rural Transportation, Senior Services, Engineering and the Sheriff’s Office). It approved transfers to the gasoline budget totaling $6,534.80 charged to the…
