Union County approves payroll, claims, hires dispatcher, accepts resignation; holds executive sessions

Commissioner Dailey moved, and Commissioner Ustad seconded, to enter executive session for legal matters under SDCL 1‑25‑2(3) at 11:43 a.m.; the board exited at 12:00 p.m. Immediately thereafter the board entered executive session for personnel under the same statute at 12:01 p.m. and exited at 12:32 p.m. The minutes do not disclose the substance of executive session discussions.
The meeting adjourned at 12:49 p.m., and the board set the next meeting for April 8, 2025.
