The board also approved Flood Abatement 2025-076 in the amount of $271.02 on a motion by Commissioner Kimmel, seconded by Commissioner Dailey. Later in the meeting, commissioners approved a media policy naming the Commission Chairman as the contact for the media and the Vice Chairman as backup (motion by Ballard, seconded by Kimmel). The minutes note that Commissioner Ustad temporarily left the meeting at 11:27 a.m. and returned at 11:45 a.m.
