Chairman Keith Mushitz opened the meeting at 10:00 a.m. and the board quickly approved the agenda, the Oct. 10 minutes and the bills for Oct. 24 after motions by Commissioner Nick Stotz and a second by Vice Chairman Colin Soukup; the motions were carried "all in favor." The meeting followed an open house held from 9 to 10 a.m. for the county's new Highway Shop.
