Charles Mix County commissioners approve three plats in Darlington and Carrol townships

The Charles Mix County Board of Commissioners approved three plats at its Dec. 12 regular meeting.
Commissioners voted to approve the PLAT of Tract A of Nelson's Addition in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, T99N, R67W of the 5th P.M., Darlington Township (near 372nd Ave and 277th St). A separate motion approved the PLAT of Tract 1 of Rasmussen Addition in Section 20, T100N, R67W of the 5th P.M., Carrol Township (near 369th Ave and 271st St). Commissioners also approved the PLAT of Tract 1 of Rasmussen Addition in the SE 1/4 of Section 23, T100N, R67W of the 5th P.M., Carrol Township (near 373rd Ave and 271st St).
All plat approvals were moved and seconded by commissioners as recorded in the minutes and carried with recorded votes of "all in favor." The minutes do not record conditions, objections or related remonstrances.
