Lake County commissioner reports Oregon Health Authority partners were impressed by Outback Strong tour; meeting with Pacific Power set for Oct. 8

Commissioner James Williams told fellow commissioners on Aug. 20 that partners in the Lake Community Health Improvement Plan toured the Outback Strong facilities after their monthly meeting the prior week and that representatives from the Oregon Health Authority were impressed.
The update — delivered near the end of the combined session — recapped the site visit and identified a scheduled follow-up with a utility executive. Commissioner Albertson asked whether Williams had met with the head of Pacific Power; Williams said the plan is to meet with Ryan Flynn on Oct. 8, 2025.
