County Manager/County Attorney Curtis Potter introduced the resolution and told the Board the sale process would be advertised next week. Commissioner Carol Phelps moved to adopt Resolution 2021-026 and Commissioner Ann Keyes seconded. Vice-Chair Tracey Johnson called the roll and Commissioners Keyes, Phelps and Johnson voted yea; the motion carried unanimously.
The resolution advances the county's planning to market the Commerce Center property; staff will carry out the advertising and upset-bid steps required by the adopted procedure. The transcript does not record sale terms, reserve price or planned auction dates.
