The Lehigh Township Board of Supervisors took the following formal actions on Oct. 28, 2025:
- Approved the Oct. 14, 2025 minutes (motion: David Hess; second: Janet Sheats). Vote: four ayes, one abstention (Jerry Pritchard).
- Approved General Fund checks 29049–29090 (motion: Cindy Miller; second: David Hess). Vote: all approved.
- Approved State Fund checks 1632 and 1633 (motion: David Hess; second: Janet Sheats). Vote: all approved.
- Approved Pennoni Associates Check 29010 (motion: Janet Sheats; second: Cindy Miller). Vote: all approved.
- Tabled additional costs of $4,938 for zoning-ordinance work from Pennoni Associates until written clarification is received that charges will not exceed $4,938 (motion: Janet Sheats; second: Jerry Pritchard). Vote: all approved.
- Approved Check 28894 (Hannabery HVAC) after confirming warranty work and manufacturer code adjustments (motion: Janet Sheats; second: David Hess). Vote: all approved.
- Accepted an extension of time for the Billy Carter minor subdivision to April 30, 2026 to allow completion of the plan (motion: Cindy Miller; second: Janet Sheats). Vote: all approved.
- Tabled a request to waive the letter of credit for LTMA sewer-plant improvements related to the Jaindl project until Municipal Authority counsel and representatives can attend (motion: Janet Sheats; second: Cindy Miller). Vote: motion carried.
