Commissioners approve variance and replat for lots in Inks Lake Village
Summary
The court approved a variance permitting a building encroachment greater than 50% into the front setback on Lot 306 (variance passed with one Nay), and later unanimously approved a replat creating Lots 302A, 305A and 308C in Inks Lake Village, Section One.
During a public hearing the court approved a variance request for a building encroachment on Lot 306 in Inks Lake Village, Unit No. 1. Commissioner Linda Raschke moved approval of the variance; Commissioner Peter Jones seconded. The vote on the variance recorded AYE: Judge Ron Cunningham, Commissioner Peter Jones, Commissioner Linda Raschke, Commissioner Brent Richards; NAY: Commissioner Jerry Don Moss. The variance motion passed.
Following the hearing, the court considered and approved a replat that consolidates and reconfigures Lots 302–307, a strip from Lot 311, Lot 308B and a portion of Lot 306 into a new configuration to be known as Lots 302A, 305A and 308C, Inks Lake Village, Section One. The motion to approve the replat was moved by Commissioner Raschke, seconded by Commissioner Richards, and recorded as unanimous.
The court read deed and instrument references into the record for the replat (Volume and Page citations and Official Public Records instrument numbers were listed), and the minutes record final approval.
