Llano County Commissioners approve replat for Nob Hill lots
Summary
Following a public hearing, the court unanimously approved the replat of Lots 702 and 703 (record references Vol. 1, Pg. 81; Vol. 1579, Pg. 1369) to create Lots 702A, 703A and 703B in the Nob Hill subdivision.
At the April 28 meeting the Llano County Commissioners held a public hearing on a replat of Lots 702 and 703 in the Nob Hill subdivision and approved the replat to create Lots 702A, 703A and 703B.
Commissioner Brent Richards moved to approve the replat, citing the recorded plat references in the county plat records (Volume 1, Page 81; Volume 1579, Page 1369). Commissioner Jerry Don Moss seconded the motion; the court recorded a unanimous vote in favor of approval.
The minutes reference the public hearing portion of the agenda but do not include verbatim public comments or conditions attached to the approval. The replat will be recorded in the county’s official plat records as described in the motion.
