- Acceptance of a $4,000 donation from the Chili Appreciation Society International for the 2024 cook-off; Commissioner Ortega moved and Commissioner Colando seconded the motion, which was approved.
- Approval of a Blanket Bond for the Brewster County Sheriff's Office; motion moved by Commissioner Ortega and seconded by Commissioner Colando.
- Comptroller Malynda Richardson presented general bills. The court approved the general bills and a line-item adjustment; the record shows Commissioner Ruben Ortega was recorded as abstaining on a Pinnacle Propane item while the broader bills motion was approved. The court approved a budget amendment of $18,000 to cover an emergency sewer-pipe repair.
- Judge Greg P. Henington moved to approve revisions to the county policy and procedures on payment of invoices; Commissioner Colando seconded and the motion passed.
- Tourism advertising contracts proposed by the county (All About Birds and Living Bird) were approved as presented.
