At its Sept. 17 meeting the Rock County Board of Commissioners approved a set of routine administrative items by unanimous vote.
Treasurer Mona Davis successfully requested that distress warrant ID #0004180001 be struck from the tax listing. The clerk presented Clerk and Clerk of District Court fees, which the board approved. Commissioners authorized staff to check into a deferred compensation plan with NPERS for county employees.
Sheriff Ben Shelbourn reported that the county pays $1,600 annually for the Page My Cell service used by three rural fire departments and the ambulance; he said he will ask those departments to each contribute $400. Staff presented and the board approved the audited claims across general and road funds. The meeting adjourned at 3:53 p.m.
