OSAC approves agenda, minutes and summary report; enters executive session
Summary
OSAC unanimously approved the meeting agenda, corrected and approved the Oct. 1 minutes and the summary report, and entered executive session at 8:17 p.m.; recorded motions list movers and seconders where provided.
At the Nov. 5 joint meeting, the Summit County Open Space Advisory Council recorded several formal motions and outcomes.
• Agenda: Motion to approve the agenda by George Kokoefer, second by Bob Nothnagel; "Motion approved unanimously," the minutes record.
• October 1, 2025 Minutes: Motion to approve with a time correction by Libby Pansing, second by George Kokoefer; approved unanimously.
• Summary Report: OSAC approved the summary report as submitted (unanimous approval recorded).
• Executive Session: Motion to enter executive session by Libby Pansing, second by Paul Semmer; OSAC entered executive session at 8:17 p.m. The minutes record the council leaving executive session at 9:04 p.m., but the motion maker and seconder for leaving were recorded as "NAME" in the minutes and therefore not specified.
