The motion to approve the wages was made by Commissioner Winck and seconded by Melissa Cottle, who serves as the board’s Secretary/Treasurer, according to the minutes. The minutes record the meeting being adjourned at 10:27 a.m.; the next meeting was scheduled for Jan. 5, 2026, unless called sooner by the Board of Commissioners.
