Among the recorded approvals: a Change of Assessment Notice Control Report for September 2025; a Purchase of Service Agreement between Children & Youth Services and the Bedford County Juvenile Probation Office; multiple Purchase of Service Agreements and a Non‑Placement Purchase of Service Agreement for Children & Youth Services providers and consultants for July 1, 2025–June 30, 2026; an administrative agreement with the Borough of Everett Area Municipal Authority for the CDBG FFY 2024 BEAMA Waterline Replacement project; proclamations for Breast Cancer Awareness Week (Pink Ribbon Fund Week, Oct. 12–18), National Business Women’s Week (Oct. 19–25) and Operation Green Light for Veterans (Nov. 4–11); reappointments to the Agricultural Land Preservation Board; approval of the 2026 county holiday schedule; and personnel actions covering new hires, transfers and separations for September 2025.
The board also enacted Resolution No. 2025‑10‑14 approving, under Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, a plan of financing by the Butler County General Authority for a revenue note in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $3,000,000 to benefit Valley Special Needs Programs, Inc. (d/b/a Valley Community Services). Bond counsel Jamie Inferrera summarized the financing and noted that the resolution states the note will not constitute Bedford County debt. Most motions were recorded as approved in the minutes; the documents do not include roll‑call vote tallies.
