Butler County board approves routine agreements, license and claims; acknowledges manure plan updates

At its Feb. 18 meeting the Butler County Board of Supervisors approved several routine items.
Auditor Leslie Groen presented Access Systems Sales Agreement #84033, an annual $3,675 contract for zoning eForms support; the board approved the agreement by motion. The board also approved a Class C Retail Alcohol License application for Round Grove Golf & Country Club. Supervisor Greg Barnett moved and Wayne Dralle seconded approval of county claims; the motion passed (all ayes).
The board acknowledged receipt of Manure Management Plan Short Form Annual Updates for Brad Finisher Farm #63579 and Manure Management Plan forms for RB/Poppen Finisher Farm #59431, Gabe Finisher Farm #58196 and Feckers Finisher Farm #57727. No public comment on these items was recorded.
The meeting closed at 10:22 a.m.; the board set its next regular meeting for Feb. 25, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.
