HVAC contract: City Manager Johnson reported the low bid for HVAC units serving the Senior Center, Community Center and the girls' concession stand was from Bill Owens Heating & Air for $30,529.74, to be paid from the Building Maintenance line. Vice‑Mayor Cothran moved approval, Commissioner Coleman seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
