Spencer County Fiscal Court discussed a pavilion project that had not been on the meeting agenda and reviewed pictures and blueprints of a Church of Christ building under consideration. Esq. Travis distributed photos and blueprint materials and described proposed alterations.
Esq. Pharris moved and Esq. Cotton seconded a motion authorizing Esq. Travis to proceed with altering the drawings as discussed and to return the revised plans to the court; the motion passed on a unanimous voice vote.
Separately, the invoice register included in the meeting materials (SEG 006) shows a charge from Hagan Engineering PLLC described as "BALANCE PAVILION SITE CONSTR PLANS" for $8,250, recorded in the register. The minutes do not say whether the Hagan Engineering balance had been approved for payment at this meeting beyond the blanket approval of invoices; the court did approve all bills, invoices and transfers by motion earlier in the meeting.
