The Spencer County Fiscal Court met on May 19, 2025, for a public hearing on the use of County Road Aid and Local Government Economic Assistance Funds at the Fiscal Court Meeting Room, 28 East Main Street. No county residents attended to offer comments.
The County Judge Executive opened the hearing and Deputy Clerk Laura Nation conducted roll call, which recorded that two members (Esq. Travis and Esq. Cotton) were absent. The court said the hearing was intended to gather public input on which local roads should receive repair funding. With no public comments, members discussed several roads they say need repair and agreed to compile a prioritized list for future consideration.
