The court approved blacktopping the area around the recycling center with a motion capped at $50,000 following a motion by Esq. Stump; minutes list estimated tonnage and areas to be paved. The county also approved monthly financial reports and authorized payment of invoices and transfers at the May 19 meeting. Tasks and reimbursements related to the WRIS project were recorded in the sanitation packet and associated invoices were included in the minutes.
