Spencer County reassigns former K9 vehicle to Animal Control; Animal Control to pay repair bill

Judge Scott Travis moved to reassign the vehicle to Animal Control; the motion was seconded by Esq. Cotton and passed with all members present voting "aye." The court ordered that Animal Control assume ownership and pay the outstanding invoice.
Minutes show the county will update vehicle assignments and the appropriate department's budget line will cover the repair payment. The repair invoice and reassignment entry are recorded in the invoices register and transfers documentation.
