Spencer County approves $196,242.60 in paving invoices and several road equipment purchases

The court also approved various road-fund transfers recorded in the minutes, including a $23,000 transfer to the Road Fund and a $6,883.15 transfer related to a sheriff vehicle reassignment noted in the transfers list.
