The General Fund invoice register excerpts in the packet totaled $53,225.23 for the items shown and included EMS billing, software leases, animal hospital bills and other departmental purchases. Road fund registers showed $19,691.78 in road supplies, tires, and patching work. The Jail Fund registers included inmate housing payments for October 2025: Bullitt County billed $10,336 and Shelby County billed $47,036. The jail register also contained numerous inmate medical charges, jailer uniform and vehicle preparation costs; the excerpted jail items totaled $59,861.45.
The Court moved, seconded and voted unanimously to approve payment of the bills, invoices and transfers after discussion on select line items such as veterinary and 911 billing. The County also recorded a transfer of $50,000 from the General Fund to the Jail Fund in the vendor summary.
