He also said arrangements were made for Mr. Sweasy to remove clay from the site. The court approved the draw by voice vote after a motion from Esq. Travis and a second from Esq. Pharris.
The minutes show no additional supporting documentation was provided with the packet; invoices and related back-up were not attached to the minutes and are maintained by the Judge’s office per standard practice.
Next steps: the draw will be executed for Elder Construction and the project will continue under previously authorized project oversight.
