The report also lists a transfer of $375,000.00 and an average inmate population of 92 for the month (85 from Russell County, 7 from Clinton). There were 41 hours of overtime recorded.
Magistrate Terry Waddell moved to accept the detention center report and Magistrate Mickey Garner seconded; the court voted to accept the report unanimously. The report included detailed line items (corrections assistance, nurse visits, prescription copays, state inmate housing, booking fees, phone commissions and other receipts and expenses).
