The court approved Change Order Five for the senior center project in the amount of $3,921.26. It also approved an annual agreement with Hyper-Reach Emergency Notification Services for $5,450, with the county dividing the annual expense with the City of Flemingsburg and the Fleming County Health Department.
County Judge/Executive John Sims Jr. reported receipt of an email from Garry Shannon resigning from the Fox Valley Recreation Park Board; a District One magistrate will recommend a replacement at the next meeting.
