Kerri Marshall moved to keep the 2024 tax rates the same and Richie Kielman seconded. The motion passed with a unanimous vote recorded in the meeting minutes.
The Court’s action preserves the existing tax rates pending the public hearing on Sept. 18, when the Court will receive additional input and potentially take formal action. The motion and hearing date were placed on the record during the regular monthly meeting at the Fleming County Courthouse in Flemingsburg.
