Later in the meeting, Commissioner Darrell Williams moved to reconsider and Commissioner Anna Blanken seconded. The commission approved the purchase as reconsidered for $320,001, described in the minutes as including the three-year finance charge; the seller, Delbert Morgan, will finance the purchase for the county. The final roll-call vote was 13 AYE, 1 NAY (Commissioner Scott Wynn); Wendy Noe was absent.
