Franklin County approves budget amendments, private‑road additions and administrative items

The Franklin County Board of Commissioners approved a group of administrative and budget items at its April 15 meeting, including school and county budget amendments, updates to the county road list, surplus property declarations and a slate of other routine resolutions.
