Other approved amendments adjusted federal-project budgets to match state-approved grant budgets to the penny. Notable entries include a $45,340.11 increase tied to IDEA discretionary grants carryover (RES 2020-075), multiple reclassifications under ESSA/CARES Act funding (RES 2020-076) and changes to Perkins vocational education accounts (RES 2020-077). The School Nutrition budget was amended to record $39,350 in USDA 'Other' revenue for the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable program at two schools (RES 2020-079), and a Safe Schools grant of $93,383.43 was entered into the General Purpose Budget (RES 2020-080).
The resolutions show Finance Director Angelia Tucker and Director of Schools Dr. Dy Linda Keck on the filing/signature lines. Minutes record the combined motion and indicate the package was approved without separate roll-call tallies for each individual resolution. The resolutions were filed in the county clerk’s office per the meeting record.
